ORIENTAL COOKING SAUCE - JAPCHAE SAUCE
· Avoid direct sunlight and Keep cool and dry

<HOW TO COOK>
· Materials : 400g glass noodle, Sauce 60g, water 120g, Onion 2, Carrot 1, beef 200g spinach 400g, Paprika 2, Pinch of salt.

1. Soak glass noodles in warm water for 30 minutes and julienne onion and carrot. 
2. Clean spinach and blanch in boiling water with salt for 20 seconds. 
3. Place glass noodles in pan with boiling water and remove when they become soft. 
4. Rinse in cold water and squeeze out water. 
5. Mix noodles with Sauce 60g, water 120g, vegetables, and boiled beef.
6. Stir fry in pan with oil over medium high heat.
