<HOW TO COOK>
· Materials: Napa cabbage 600g, Sea Salt 1tsp, Kimchi Seasoning 60g
1. Prepare 600g of napa cabbage and chop by 2 inches size(5cm), and then wash in the running water.
2. Marinate chopped cabbage in salt water for 30 minutes.
3. Rinse the cabbage and drain.
4. Mix the cabbage with 1 pack of seasoning well by gloved hands.
*Optional: Add sesame oil and other vegetables to the dish for better taste.
