ORIENTAL COOKING SAUCE - KIMCHI SEASONING
· Avoid direct sunlight and Keep cool and dry
<HOW TO COOK>
· Materials: Napa cabbage 600g, Sea Salt 1tsp, Kimchi Seasoning 60g
1. Prepare 600g of Napa cabbage(1/4 of whole cabbage). Cut cabbage by 5cm(2inches) in size and wash them in the running water.
2. Put the washed cabbage in a big bowl, marinate with salt and mix well. Then, let it rest for min 30mins in room temp.
3. Rinse the cabbage in water and drain in colander.
4. Mix the cabbage well with 60g of Kimchi Seasoning by gloved hands.
